This policy explains what information is collected on foodlab.co.il, for what purpose, and how to contact us about it.

Information you give us

When you fill in a contact or course-registration form, we receive the details you entered: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. The information is emailed to the Foodlab team and used only to reply to you and handle your enquiry. We do not sell or pass the information to third parties, except the technical providers that deliver the email and host the site.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Vercel, which records basic traffic data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and operations. If an analytics tool is enabled, we use it to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie of its own, foodlab_lang, to remember your language choice. There are no advertising cookies.

Professional confidentiality

Technical or commercial information you share with us as part of an enquiry or a project is kept confidential. Where required, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed information is exchanged.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Contact us at office@foodlab.co.il.
